Delete your RTK.my account and data

You can delete your account with its bases and all their data at any time.

The RTK.my and Změř.to apps share one account (sign-in with Google). Deleting the account removes it in both apps, including your bases on caster.rtk.my.

In the app (fastest)

• RTK.my: open About (at the bottom of the home screen), tap Delete account under Account and confirm.
• Změř.to: Settings → Account → Delete account.

The data on our server is deleted at once. RTK.my settings and passwords of other casters stay only on the phone; uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings removes them.

Without the app

Send a request from the e-mail address of your account to hello@rtk.my. We handle it within 30 days and confirm it by e-mail.

What we delete

• the account, its e-mail address and profile photo,
• your bases on caster.rtk.my, their NTRIP logins, data stream state, notification settings, recorded base data, position computations and login records,
• installation identifiers of the RTK.my app linked to the account,
• the data of the account in Změř.to (see zmer.to/smazat-ucet (in Czech)).

What stays

• Database backups are overwritten step by step; deleted data disappears from them within 30 days at the latest.
• Data your base sent to other casters (e.g. RTK2Go) cannot be deleted by us; their operators control it.
